While we understand emergencies can happen, we have policies in place in order to serve all of our patients in a timely manner for all of their oral health needs. Please read the policies below and sign to confirm you understand these policies:

1. We require a minimum of TWO BUSINESS DAYS prior notice in order change an appointment.

2. Failure to confirm an appointment (by text, email, or phone call) within two business days will result in a LOSS of that appointment time.

3. Failure to show for a confirmed appointment may result in a fine of no more than $150.

4. Failure to show on multiple confirmed appointments can result in removal from the office of North Brooklyn Dental Care.

5. Arriving late to appointments may result in loss of appointment time with no treatment rendered.
